Aug. 18–19, ¡Latin Food Fest!  –  Celebrate the Campanile Foundation’s Latin culinary extravaganza! The four-day Fest includes a kick-off party, a two-day ultimate tasting experience, and a private chef’s dinner. Aug. 19, Chula Vista Harbor Fest  –  Enjoy art, food, and fun for the whole family at Harbor Fest! There will be a “Tacos & Spirits Fest,” live music, and entertainment on three stages. Water activities include kayaking, paddle boarding, and fishing. You can also take a ride on a Vietnam-era Swift Boat or tour the Bay on the amphibious SEAL Bus. Aug. 24–27, Ramona Country Fair  –  Get ready for a good ol’ time at this old fashioned County Fair! Enjoy thrilling rides, live entertainment, a Wild West show with real cowboys, a motorcycle rally, and much more! Food, beverages, crafts, and goods will be available as well. Aug. 26, Imperial Avenue Street Festival  –  Celebrate the rich history, art, and culture of the Greater Logan Heights community, from its rich African-American roots to the strong Latino influence that exists today. Groove to the sounds of live music from multiple stages, browse the offerings of local artists and craftsmen, and feast on gourmet food and beverages. Aug. 26–27, The Pancakes & Booze Art Show  –  Come to San Diego’s largest underground art show, featuring 50+ local emerging artists, live body painting, and a free pancake bar.  –  Time: 7 pm Saturday–1 am Sunday   –  Location: 57 Degrees, 1735 Hancock St., San Diego  –  www.pancakesandbooze.com
